The DHSH/UCSB Joint Program will kick off in the summer semester of 2023 at the DHSH in Kiel with the hybrid lecture series "Technology & Business", in which you will learn about the latest possibilities of digitalisation. Solutions for use cases such as information retrieval ("A Google search for your own company"), modern database-based controlling as an indispensable basis for decision-making in important business processes, the use of artificial intelligence for quality assurance, modern online marketing, effective e-business and more will be presented.

After your time in Kiel, you'll head to Santa Barbara for a three-week stay! On the international campus of UCSB, you will complete a week of English language training in the mornings. In the second and third week, you will then complete an internship in a Californian company and develop process optimisations and digital business models together with your contact persons and coaches. During the entire stay abroad, a social programme with excursions, activities and the opportunity for socialising is offered.
